A loose tribe pf outcast variants that feels no attachment to The Prophets or The House of Lords.
Living beneath London in it's disused Underground rail system and ancient sewer network, the Morlocks are those that fled to safety and now struggle to survive free of the control of the power mongers above.
Despite this the Morlocks see themselves as 'purer' then those that live above and regularly stage raids to abduct children from the surface in order to 'save' them. This practise has been directed recently by the tribe's current leader Chamber to target variant children in an effort to increase his people's strength against the attacks he is convinced will ultimately come against them.
